Answer:	All but one of my markers have the ultra fine tip, one of them came in the package a little thicker. I use them almost daily and haven't had an issue with them. Answer:	The spray cleaner in this kit has much less odor than my old bottle that was running out, but completely failed to remove the marks that remained on my whiteboard after using my Expo eraser. It had no impact at all. When I took a closer look at the bottle I noticed that the label says: "SAFER CHOICE Meets US EPA Safer Product Guidelines". The smellier old bottle, which had a few sprays left in it, took them right off, so I would say that the lower odor comes at a high cost in terms of effectiveness.

Answer:	I don't think so. I feel like the cover has grooves in it

Answer:	I'm not sure if they sell refills, but computer paper cut in half works perfectly and is probably cheaper than a specially designed refill would be anyway. You really can't go wrong with this product! No regrets on this purchase at all!!

Question:	Has anyone used these for the poly blend type appointment cards compaired to the flairs
Answer:	I haven’t but they write very much like the flairs so I would assume anything you can do with a flair you can do with these. They are slightly finer but other than that they are the same.
Question:	They say they dry out fast . If so how do you prevent that from happening
Answer:	I believe they are referring to the ink drying fast on the paper after you have used them. I don't see anywhere that says the markers themselves dry out.
Question:	do they smear
Answer:	On regular paper they do not smear at all. On glossy paper they do smear.
Question:	Are these Medium Point
Answer:	I find them slightly finer than Flair pens. The tips are ultra durable and don't wear out like the tips on Flair pens.

Question:	Can they also write on clear glass
Answer:	I’m sure they could, most markers do
Question:	Do these markers work on dark surfaces
Answer:	Probably not very well, markers don’t show up on dark surfaces. A paint pen should work though, depending on the surface.
Question:	I usually use my marker for 2 hrs at a time, has anyone ecperienced drying out? I generally have to switch markers frequently
Answer:	I switch out and replace the cap frequently between writing. Mostly because the magnets are not on my markers (they arrived that way) :-(
Question:	Anyone know how to open these? They just came with tiny caps and there’s no fine tip marker inside
Answer:	One of my marker tips fell off. Is it possible you got a bad batch?

Answer:	wasn't that long, I would say a week maybe and during this time, thats pretty fast.

Answer:	The brush tips do wear down quickly on these particular brushes. I typically have a set for the kids and another set just for the older kids/ adults so that the tips remain sharp.
