Answer:	I don't know about the latex paint but it mixes with acrylic and would work on curtains. I don't recommend drying them in the dryer.

Answer:	there is no reason the paint would not dry inside a wine bottle as well as it does on the outside if you clean and prep the surface properly.. might be a challenge inside the bottle but, you are not planning to fill it with any kind of liquid? I tried painting the inside of a vase for a 3d effect, it peeled and, you would not paint any surface food might touch and leave a margin on glasses... most of these paints are not food safe
