Question:	I can I cannot figure out how to get the water inside the brush. They did not come with any written instructions
Answer:	If you use the water in the brush as your only water source, you would only be able to use one for each color. We use a small cup of water to wash the color from each brush as we finish with that color. Then we use the water in the brush for a clean source of water to dampen the watercolor paints cake. That way, the size and shape of each brush can be used as needed.

Answer:	I use them in my field kit to lay down color quickly with Crayola watercolor pencils, and they work well for me. I usually hate working in watercolors but the precision with these is better than a big mess.

Question:	Are the brushed round or chisel tip? Or is it a mix
Answer:	Yes, I use distilled water with all of my water based media like watercolor,India ink, and acrylic paint as well as my watercolor pencils and inktense pencils. It's always a smart idea to keep hard water and mineral deposits out of your brushes and paints. I do wash my brushes in tap water with brush soap when I'm washing paint from them after finishing painting,but I do a final rinse in distilled water, even for that.
Question:	Does the water stay clear when using or is the paint back washed into the reservoir
Answer:	No need- you fill with water or your favorite liquid watercolors or inks.
Question:	Should I use distilled water when using with watercolor pencils? I live where there is hard water

Answer:	Mix & Match is the Faber-Castell product Line. It just means that certain products work well together.
Question:	How long are the bristles
Answer:	they are round with a point, in 3 sizes. I love mine with Inktense. The plastic bristles clean easily. I never thought I'd like something plastic, but it works when blending the ink.
Question:	what does "mix and match" mean
Answer:	The inks left in the cartridges is diluted with clear water until the hue required is obtained. It helps to pierce the cartridges to obtain the inks. You can mix the colours and keep in small bottles .Keep a test paper of each colour and stick to the bottle for reference when dry. Shake the bottle before transfering the colours to the pen reservoir with a syringe . The paint flow remains constant in use but keep a rag or tissue at hand to avoid drips. I have managed to paint on surfaces ( paper ) 2metres by 2.5meters . I paint flat so spread is even ,have 25 brushes , and find them smooth to use . Colour resistance is about the same as printed paper . Happy painting !

But applying it to a gessoed canvas your watercolors are going to be much more faded and not nearly as vibrant as you would hope for. Question:	Is this waterproof and fade resistant
Answer:	I haven't seen any bleed-through on printer paper but I rarely use mine on any thing except cardstock.Notebook paper can come in so many compositions that a blanket answer would possibly be misleading. Alcohol inks bleed; water-based seem to rarely. Not knowing how you intend to use these makes it difficult to give you a straight-up answer. Why not buy just one and experiment?
Question:	can i buy singe dual brush pens in desired colors
Answer:	While we do not have specific instructional material for using the Tombow Dual Brush Markers, there are many videos on YouTube. You will find those featuring the Tombow markers and others that use a similar style of marker but whose techniques could be the Tombow line.
Question:	Do these markers bleed through normal printer paper or notebook paper
Answer:	I have found the way to get a lighter shade if to add some color to a blending surface and add water. I then take a water pen and pick up the color that way.
Question:	Is there a book, class or video that shows how to use this product
