Answer:	The sizes are fine but you want ones that are longer. I have used many of these sizes to knit blankets but they were the metal needles as you can find them in the longer length. If you do a baby blanket you would be fine though.

Answer:	I checked my needles and they are definitely not painted on. The sizes are in mm only and are either lightly carved into the wood or lightly embossed. This is a good set for the price. I’ve been pleased with my purchase.

Question:	There is two needles for each size right? Im new to knitting
Answer:	I measured the needles with a gauge to convert these to american sizes and found that there are duplicates. Generally sizes 0 to 15, with sizes 10.5, 4 and 2 duplicated. The sizes in mm are a little off according to the gauge. Since these are a natural product being a little off is expected due to shrinkage of the bamboo. Since you do a test swatch before you start a project you can adjust to the difference.

Answer:	China they work fine but I will never buy again because of where they're made I always try to buy American if I can and being the knitter that's hard to do because a lot of stuff is made in China and Japan but I missed it this time I didn't notice till it came

Answer:	I didn't have problems with the plastic tubing slipping off the needles, but the grippiness did make it difficult to knit in the round with it.

Answer:	These needles are great for magic loop knitting. They feel different from the metal needles I use for magic loop in that they are slower to knit on because of the texture of the wood and the thicker plastic cords. However, sometimes, for some yarns and stitches, this can be an advantage. if you're using very slippery or fuzzy yarn, knitting slower is preferable. At any rate, these are a pleasure to use and very attractive to knit with. Plus -- you absolutely cannot beat this price. I like having multiple needles around for various projects and these are definitely a good addition to the collection.
Question:	How long did your needles need to air out before getting rid of the smell
Answer:	I don't remember a smell because I returned mine immediately. The needle separated from the cord first use.

Answer:	The book has only 16 projects and it's all in color. The instructions are so clear. It uses red arrows or red string to show you what you need to do. I'm not sure what you mean by yellow items in the pictures. Whenever I need refreshing or want to knit something new I always go back to this book and I do have two other knitting books that aren't as helpful. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	Yes. This is a good strong caulk gun, smooth operating, it has a nice weight to it- it should easily handle any glue if it’s opened fresh. Many glues will harden in the tube after opening even if sealed up.

At the top, where the base of your thumb knotches into the back handle and your index finger wraps around to squeeze the front handle, it measures 2.75 inches. Keep in mind that the mechanical advantage on this gun makes it much easier to squeeze than many others.

Answer:	The cables are more flexible than the needlemaster cables. Yes, you can use for magic loop. If you can't magic loop you can also try knitting with 2 circular needles. Its a great way to knit a tube with cables that are not flexible, like the needlemaster cables.
Question:	How long is the cable

Question:	RE: the 12 Silvered needles, it says the size is random from 0.5mm - 2.7mm. Does that mean we could end up with multiple needles of the same size
Answer:	No I did not get same size needles. The needles were all different sizes . I really do recommend this set . The thread needles are great .I am using one in the project I am working on now.

Answer:	TSA compliant? LOL...if this is a knitting or crocheting term, I am too new to even know that word, but if you are asking if you can fly with this, you would NOT be able to take the scissors in the cabin, but I just carry tiny nail clippers meant for infant fingernails to clip threads on the plane. I am honestly not sure about the plastic needles or the metal crochet hooks...if they were concerned about actually protecting us from potential weapons, then neither would be appropriate, but I have always just put all my craft crap in a makeup bag with all my brushes and I have never had a problem. You can always call the airports you will be traveling through and ask before you leave. I also never bring anything questionable in my carryon unless I am willing to trash it at the gate b'c no matter what they tell you, the final call will be the TSA agent at your gate and the agent who looks at your bag through the scanner. I have had them turn my bag upside down and inside out trying to find what looked like a hidden knife and we never found it at the airport, but I had to go through security in the courthouse at home and we finally figured out it was the inside of my Eiffle Tower (sp?) 🗼 keychain that showed up on the scanner...Sorry...short answer...NO SCISSORS....they take them from me no matter how small they are...have even tried to take sharp tweezers, but I talked them out of it once they saw they didn't open like scissors...LOL...and if TSA is crafting lingo, then clearly this answer is not particularly relevant to the question, but perhaps is useful information should you need to fly with the kit. :)
