Answer:	The plastic strap goes through the hem of the liner inside the skirt. Once you insert the strapping, make sure when you join it back together, the strap overlaps itself in the clear tubing (also provided). This keeps it in a round shape.

Answer:	I would suggest a Large. The dress runs small. It’s a cute dress. I bought an XL for my 12 year old daughter last winter (she’s on the short side) and it fit her perfectly. If she was 10 years old, I would have gotten her the L. Hope this helps.
Question:	What COE is this glass
Answer:	The costume is supposed to be a girls (6 to 14) size. My daughter is 10 and usually wears a girls size 12 or large and she ordered (herself) a medium which is too short and a little tight but wearable as a costume. They are kids sizes but id suggest sizing up!

The came is with over 99 percent pure lead but can now be stretched to the breaking point still maintaining a fine grain structure. This alloy also prevents oxidation, making for easier soldering and allowing a long shelf life without tarnishing.
