The big headache is the sheet sizes as supplied by the factory. Sheets are billed as 24x48 or 24x24 but often they are slightly larger or smaller making it impossible to get super precise 4x4's without a huge amount of waste.If you need pieces that are precisely 4x4 and identical to each other, you will be better off purchasing larger sheets and cutting them to the exact size that you require.Sincerely,ScottSunshine Glassworks Ltd.
