Question:	Will this cut vinyl decals
Answer:	I would recommend against it. The laser uses concentrated light and as such generates a lot of heat. The vinyl material may (probably) release toxic gasses and the heat will likely distort the material. For cutting decals I recommend something like a Cricut.
Question:	I am wanting to engrave in leather and cow hide. Which watts would you suggest? Also would be doing wood but main focus is leather and hide
Answer:	I own the 20 watt model and would recommend it. The 15 watt would get the job done but suggest getting the 20 watt.
Question:	Is wifi required on this unit all the time
Answer:	No. The machine only needs to be connected to a computer for operation. No need to connect to the Internet. You can operate the machine offline.
Question:	What do have to set the unit on or can I just set it on a table without anything under it
Answer:	I would suggest that you place a 24" x 24" non flamable piece under the unit. For example, i placed mine on a table, but placed a 2 SF piece of tile under it in the event the laser burnt through whatever i was cutting. This was just a precautiinary measure. I picked one up at a local tile liquidation store for $2.00.

Answer:	hi, the item is the same and plz do not buy green that is came from other seller who we cannot kick them out

Answer:	Still playing around with that one. What has helped is changing the preview setting to continuous so the blue dot traces around and around the perimeter of the image to be engraved. I’m having pretty good luck with setting the laser on it’s flat bottom and etching in a horizontal position.

How to Start the device to work?

1. First Copy all files in USB DISK and save to your PC. This is important to use the machine later.

2. There are three file folders in USB DISK: MAC, WIN, Picture. Select to click "MAC" or "WIN" according to your PC operating system.

3. For the MAC system, Pls open file folder of "CH341SER_MAC", Double Click File of "CH34x_Install_V1.4.pkg" to install the driver. And For WIN system, Pls double click file of "driver."

4. Link Power Cable Line to the power outlet and USB Data Line to PC.

5. Open the file of Software in Folder of MAC or WIN to start work.

Answer:	I accidentally engraved my granite countertop thinking the clear piece of plastic wouldn't need a backing. So yes, just put your power all the way up and your depth as well.
