Answer:	The item that I order is Electric Tool Kit and comes with instructions, but the operation is so simple that the instructions are unnecessary.
Question:	Is there an instructional video to assemble this? It’s impossible and the instructions don’t have pictures
Answer:	I had the same issue. What I found was, holding down the button on the side, taking off the tip, yiu have to push it hard into the gold piece. Then out the silver tip back on and release the button. It took me a bit to figure it out.
Question:	Can the equipment cut glass
Answer:	It can cut glass in the sense of cutting out pieces of glass. But it can be used to cut small holes in the glass as you might need for a clock face done in glass. Use a standard glass cutter for cutting out pieces, or for getting glass to right size for a window.

Answer:	Yes, it can suitable 220V.
Question:	No instructions came with the kit. Could they be emailed or posted here
Answer:	Mine came with safety instructions and minimal basic operation instructions: They say what it does, carve,engrave,grind,sand, polish etc. Plus Never load a bit while it's plugged in. Press shaft lock button. Use the collet wrench to loosen the collet nut. Insetthe bit (not included) and tighten the collet securely. But avoid excess tightning, THere is a ON/OFF switch. (uh, duh?) When ON tool runs at3,000 RPM. Find switch indicator with orange line on it. Slide switch to find seed needed from 3,000 - 20,000 RPM. Slide switch to black dot to stop. Unplug when off. Never clean with cleaning solvents use soft cloth only. Hide from children in a clean dry place and never go swimming with this tool. ;) No replacement parts available. Sorry, I would have sent a pic but I don't know how . Don't know what a collet is either so I put mine back in the box and hid it in a dry place where children could not play with it, lol Have Fun!

Answer:	I never did either.....I did find out this is fine for a pendant, but don't expect to engrave stone or something really hard.....I would say just start using it....I never received instructions with mine either, nothing to explain the bits, etc.....So I would say just experiment, that is what I did, but it did not work for what I wanted.

Answer:	I truly don't understand BC it states right in the title that it rotates yet everyone acts like we are supposed to ignore the information?!?!
Question:	I was wondering how this product holds up while etching on granite
Answer:	Granite has a hardness of 6-7 and the carbide steel point has a hardness of of 8.5 so thepoint should win out. It depends on how detailed a design you are trying to do since thetip will round some in use. There is the heavy duty #9929 point as an alternative.
Question:	Hello. this is going to sound like a really silly question. But how do i inset the tip of the engraver? what size screwdriver would i need
Answer:	Good luck. It is a tiny screw. It took me over an hour of trying to get the tip inserted and held in place by the screw before I discovered there was no possible way. A set screw would have worked well, but this engraver needs a redesign. Consider how much force is going to be applied to the tip, between the pressure needed to engrave your item, as well as the vibration produced by the machine and it makes no sense why such a tiny screw was used. Please read all the reviews before buying.
Question:	is the tip on this tool supposed to rotate or just vibrate? I just got it this and it isn't rotating. I wanted to be sure it isn't broken
Answer:	That’s why it’s described as a vibrating engraver not a rotary tool.

Answer:	This tool can only engrave on a hard surface, like glass, metal, plastic, etc. If the silicon is soft, I'm afraid it can not engrave on it.

Answer:	Well, the fonts have different sizes. The size of one of letter "A" is about 10.5*11.5 mm. And one of the letter "a" is about 8*8.5 mm.
Question:	Does this work on stainless steel ? Jewelry
Answer:	It might? Not exactly sure. If you want lettering it would be better to stamp stainless steel. I work with this on clay stage of metal clay.

Q: how to connect the flex shaft to the tool ?

A: You have to remove the nose cap and the collet and the collet nut. Then, install the "driver cap" and tighten it. But not too tight. Then, attach the Flexible shaft making sure that the driver in the shaft engages with a square hole in the driver cap.

When comparing these two models, you will find that the MF269dw has the added Duplexing Automatic Document Feeder and the ADF supports 50 sheets of paper, while the MF267dw supports 35 pages. The only other difference found was that the MF269dw, weighs 2 pounds more.
