Answer:	Set up is less than 30 seconds once it is unpacked. It is ready to start your project as soon as you turn it on. It will take a while to upload your project to the laser, 3-15 minutes depending on the file size, and then it takes a while to actually etch the media. Our first project took exactly 1 hour. We etched a black and white photo of our kids first so it was a large file. The good news on that is you can start the project and walk away and come back when it is done.

Question:	I hear a lot about dual color printing. How do you chose where the colors print in your model
Answer:	In your model you actually create 2 models. 1 is printed as one color, and you chose another color for the other model. These are merged and then you print. So if you want the eyes white, you separate them with Blender, Fusion 360 or another program. It is a separate model. You merge them both and selct the extruder you want to print which color.

Answer:	I used a heat gun to CAREFULLY relax the material. It is better but the way it is sewed in place it can never be what you want it to be. I have learned to ignore it and flip it up and look inside. A baby cam inside the enclosure is a better option and can be viewed from any room. In short it was not well made and if you returned and exchanged ten of them you may not get a good one. The enclosure works but the window is a bit of a fiasco.
