Question:	Is this glue gun made in usa
Answer:	I can't say for sure since I've never used natural gas connectivity. I imagine that if the conversion kit just modifies the gas feed lines and hoses that from the burner knobs into the grill are not effected. If that is the case they should fit fine. My kit has made it through it's 1st summer and remain in great condition. No cracks, rust or warps. Just the unpreventable burn marks on the metal. Was well worth the small amount spent to rejuvenate my grill since Char Broil hasn't made a model as sturdy as the one I have in a while so I really didn't want to buy a new grill just because the burners rusted out after a few years use.

Answer:	The heat plates and crossover tubes should fit your CHARBROIL 463244011. However, the burners may NOT. Search "B007RV3SHC" (we don't have this item at this moment), the other seller's burner should be the correct item for your grill. Make sure you measure the size of your original parts and compare with these items BEFORE you order.

Answer:	I don’t know about your Char-broil 463243911, but my advice to you is to look at the burner tubes end flange (the end where it meets the turn on knob)on you grille, then measure the length of tube then compare it to the diagram of replacement parts on Amazon. I have a Char-broil Infra- red with the Little holes in the grille plates and the looked the burner tubes design like my tubes and they fit perfect with one exception. The indented section that hold the ignition Clíps wasn’t indented half way down the burner tube so I could only Clíp one side of the ignition Clíp on the burner tube. Other than that every part works perfectly.

Answer:	The kit came with screws. The end of the tubes were flared and my grill required round ends. I had to bend them up so they would fit in the holes for the control knobs. The kit was the closest thing I could find for my grill and the price was right, so it was worth making the modifications. They work fine. Better than having to purchase another grill
