Answer:	It does not stick well enough for that to work. It is Post-It adhesive on both sides. The only thing that helped us was a bunch of good scratching things, and what is good depends on the cat. Ours liked the cardboard things, but not the rope kind. Also, citrus oil spray, or just squeezing and rubbing the outside of orange peel on the furniture. It is bitter, and they don't like it.

Answer:	Hi. the package that it comes in doesn't mention anything about UV. But I've had them in a window display where the sun shines on it all day long for over two years and i have Not noticed any negative effects whatsoever they look and feel like they did when I first put them in the window display two years ago. Answer:	Hi K; The transparent film with the adhesive is .003" (3 mil) thick. The transparent cover sheet is .006" (6 mil) thick. These measurements are for LS84G Scotch Laminating Sheets. I would suggest you be careful when adding something to be laminated, the adhesive is non-forgiving. You might make the adhesive and cover sheet larger than needed and cut to size after mating. Yes, it does use more plastic than needed but you won't have to do it over and also prevent loss of whatever you are trying to protect. I tried many samples prior to doing the final assembly which was quite helpful. Hope this helps.Charlie

Answer:	I use this tape all the time. Only the first 6 inches or so have a protective film. Once you remove it, it’s just the double side tape. It’s a little tricky to remove the protective film but it gets easier w practice.

Answer:	This tape may yellow over time. It's not meant to be a mounting tape. I use it to temporarily tape a steel cutting die to cardstock. When I remove the die and cut piece the tape is easily removed without damaging the cardstock.

Answer:	My guess is this tape does not have the stick strength. It wouldn't hold anything for long. I use it on the back of comic book bags and it barely has the strength to keep the bag closed. But that is exactly what I want.

Answer:	The short answer is yes. I've used Poster Tape on just about every surface and the grandkids use it long term on painted drywall without any problems removing it and no stains. The only thing I can think of that I wouldn't use it on is gold leaf or flocked wallpaper. It's really amazing stuff.

I have used this product for putting together a collage of things together in a large picture frame, I covered the backing board of the frame with black material, stuck the items to this material, and then put it into the frame. It looks good and has held up well. So far, no discoloration.

Answer:	I don't believe you can peel this off without damaging paper. I use it to affix my photographs to mats because it is acid free (very important). When I have positioned the photo incorrectly I peel it off quickly and re-position it. Sometimes this causes a bit of the paper to peel off, but because it is the back of the mat it is not a problem. This is a great product for photography and art work, but I wouldn't use it if you need to guarantee that you can peel it off without damage.
