Answer:	Hello! I finally made another batch of candles with this wax, it really melts beautifully. I made notes that my 5oz (Oui yogurt cups) votive candles started to set rather quickly. I melted a pound at a time, waited till it was 120 degrees before adding essential oils. Then whisked it for another 2 min and poured. From this point candles we’re ready to put the lavender in the wax along sides and sprinkle on top at 8 min. In 20 min they were almost all white again like it was before melting. I waited until 6 hours to light one. Hope this helps! RT

Question:	I am using 14oz glass containers and am wondering what the ratio for wax is. I have 12 of these so how much wax would I be looking to buy
Answer:	1 and 1/4 cup of wax fills one 8 oz jar. I make mine individually and that works. Use a 4 cup glass measuring container. And yes you can melt it in the microwave 2:30 min then take it out and if there are any chunks in the melt, use a wisk to mix them till it’s melted. Do not over heat the wax. Comes out of the microwave at about 150-160 degrees.

Answer:	This wax is meant for making container candles and not pillars. This is because the wax is soft and flows when the candle is burning, if left outside a container it'll spill everywhere and make a mess. For pillars, try paraffin or palm wax, or some other pillar blend wax.

Answer:	You could be cutting your wick too short. Be sure to leave your wick no shorter than a quarter of an inch. When burning a larger candle I like my wicks to be closer to half an inch tall.

Answer:	I'm not sure, I haven't tried that.

Answer:	3" wide and 10" deep is a very large candle. That is about 2 & 1/2 lbs of wax needed to make just that size. You would need to purchase the 5lb pound bag to be able to make that candle, and it could make 2 (as long as you don't waste/lose any wax.)
Question:	Sorry i am new to this but could i use food coloring to dye the wax before i pour it into the jar
Answer:	You can.... but it won’t turn out the same i would honestly recommend using the wax dyes to be honest
Question:	what is the scent ratio when making candles
Answer:	I use scent cubes usually and it takes one scent cube to properly scent a whole pound of the wax. If using Essential oil, I would suggest 1 to 2 ounces per pound of soy wax but I would go with 1 ounce first. If too much scent is added the candles wont burn properly if they burn at all. With 1 ounce my candles smelled great with a perfect burning rate. Just remember to remove the wax from the heat source before adding the scent because continued heat after adding the scent to the wax will cause the scent to evaporate. You probably already know this, I am only being helpful and making sure you do.

Answer:	Wick size is determined on a few different things and even then it can take a few adjustments. 1) Type of wax, I understand you are using soywax but there are still a few types and they will use a few dofferentcwick sizes for the best results.2) diameter of your container at the widest point.3) if you are using a scent or dye it may call for a slightly larger wick.4) Elevation.humldityOK just taking in diameter and wax. I can tell you that very a very common wax purchased on Amazon or at a craft store may be s Golden Brand 444. A mason jar of standard size would use a wick size of either a HTP105 or CD16 or ECO10 or LX10 or 51-32-18. Nothing is set in stone. It all will very a bit. There is a great website www.bittercreeksouth.com that explains several of the different wick types and has a chart for figuring the best wickvfor your candle. (You will still need to test a bit) Hope this helps!

Answer:	This box is almost perfect for a JL Audio 12w3v3. The subwoofer specs call for 1.75 Cubic Feet in a ported enclosure. This box has 1.8 cubic feet.
Question:	Is the fragrance throw for this wax as good as the eco soya advanced or excel blend? i’m having trouble finding wax with a good cold & hot scent throw
Answer:	Generally speaking I don’t polyfil ported boxes but I think the box sounds pretty good as is.
Question:	How many 8oz mason jar candles can I get out of a 10Lb bag of wax
Answer:	No I bought it for my 12.2 also it doesnt fit. Box is way to little.
Question:	The description says "soy blend". What does that mean? What is it blended with? Are there any artificial additives
Answer:	No, it's literally to the tee as close as you're going to find in a pre-fab box. I believe the P2 requires 1.79 cu.ft and if I'm not mistaken this box is 1.75 cu.ft. The difference is negligible. And the port in this box is tuned for it perfectly. I've never bought a pre-fab in my life but I'm glad I got this one. It's quality for the price is unparalleled. I personally have 1 alpine type r in it and it's literally insane! I was blown away! Get it 100%.
