PPGJ01A Buffer Polisher Operation Steps

1. When power is on, press the trigger, without speed, please press the acceleration switch, then the digital screen will show 10, it symbolizes 1000rpm.

2. With 6 variable speed, the digital screen figure 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, separately symbolizes 1000rpm, 1400rpm, 1800rpm, 2200rpm, 2600rpm, 3000rpm.

3. It has a power-off memory function. When you press the power switch, it will keep the same speed as power off last time. Therefore, you don’t need to set the speed again.

Answer:	It's a Random Orbital Sander. The rotation and oscillation are random, not a fixed path but one could say that it's still a Dual Action of sorts. There's not a lot of difference between a Random Orbital Sander and a Dual Action Sander. A DA has a fixed spin direction and a random oscillation. I bought the Random Orbital Sander in question and was pleased with its performance.

Answer:	this model can not use 5" or 6".
Question:	How do I put this together? I bought this it does not come with instructions, it does not spin and I am unsure of how to use it
Answer:	I assume you connected an air to it. If it doesn’t spin when you pull trigger then it’s faulty. Finding the spindle lock hole is tricky as it moves away from the hole. I used a needle nosed pliers to move the spindle until the lock hole appeared.

Kindly reminder:

Before you use the 2" and 3" random orbital air sander, please add 2-3 drops of oil from air quick connector and please allow the tool to run for a few seconds after filling to make sure it works well. (oiler not included in our box)

This tool is intended to be operated as a handheld tool and is air-powered. It requires an air compressor that will provide a clean lubricated air, where the air hose is connected to the tool when the tool is running.

Replace sanding pad step one

Find the small hole of the random orbital air sander. If you don't find the hole near the outside, use the PIN to hold the rotating block inside. Rotate it a little to find it, then insert it into the hole with the PIN.

Hold the PIN, do not let the PIN slide, rotate the sanding pad in the direction of the arrow until the disk is removed from the angle track mill

• Please check off all tightening parts of the tools to be in good condition before operation.
• Working pressure to be 6.3 kg/cm3 (90PSI) at operation.
• Please refer to Figure 1 for the tool installation. To install a filter and a lubricator/oiler at an air outlet
• The best hand stress on the tool is from 5Kg to 7Kg when operation.
• Release the air supply when replacing the sandpaper or the backing pad.
• Wear protection glasses, eye protector, dust mask and gloves at operation.
• Have a short break in every 30minutes to avoid any possible injury due to tiredness.
• Do not have free rotating at high speed to avoid possible injury to the human body and possible tool damage.
• Do not touch the rotating part of the tool with your hand or your body at operation.
• Start your sanding job after you fit the sanding pad flat on the surface you are working on. Please refer to Figure 2.

inRoutine maintenance for 2" and 3" random orbital air sander

• Stop your Job when finding any irregular sound or vibration at operation and then check and repair the tool.
• Because you are using clean compressed air at operation. Use an air filter at the air installation to clean the dust out of the compressed air.
• Drop some Oil to the inlet of the tool and then run the tool slowly for a minute and finally start your work...Auto Lubricator/oiler is recommended.
• Any dirt dust inside the motor may result in slow rotation even block running, at this time, try to drop some oil from the inlet, see whether solve the problem or return to the seller for maintenance.
• Do release the water out of the air compressor and air hose after an operation.
• Maintain tools with care. Keep tools clean for better and safe performance, follow instructions for lubricating. Inspect tools cords and air hoses periodically, if damaged, have them repaired by an authorized technician.

Question:	Can the backing plate be changed out for another brand
Answer:	34 psi on your filter pressure gauge sounds way too high. Esp. since you say it was 10-12 last season, which sounds like a normal reading. I'd say your problem is that your filter is very very dirty, or you have something blocking the pipes (or both). I used to have to push a hose into the skimmer intake, forcing water to the pump, to clear the pipe.

Answer:	Attach your pool vacuum hose to the top of the cleaner.

Answer:	The wheels are not hard. They are a clear material that feels a lot like polyurethane, kind of firm but rubbery enough to grip. I love this vacuum tool.

Answer:	Yes this tool can be used with an above ground pool. However, most above ground pools are round. If that is the case for the one you own, you may have issues getting sand and debris from near the edges of the pool. Using this tool in conjunction with a triangular shaped brush such as this one http://www.amazon.com/Triangle-Vacuum-Vinyl-Lined-Pools/dp/B004I39DN0/ would be more effective. Or just opt for a triangular vacuum head by itself.

Answer:	Softer like nylon or silicone. Not hard like the white plastic part you insert your pool pole in.

Answer:	The spring helps to keep the vacuum head in full contact with the pool floor. Without it the leading edge of the vacuum head would be more likely to rise off the bottom of the pool and not achieve strong suction.

Answer:	I just used mine this morning and checked for what you are asking and maybe mine is a different model number but the only assembly on mine was to install that tricky metal spring which helps keep the tool flush to the bottom of the pool when cleaning.

Answer:	O.D. of the pole connection is 1 3/16" . I.D. of the hose connection is 1 5/16". Side hole diameter in the side of the hose connection is 3/8". There are two side holes. The hole diameter of the side holes should be increased to reduce or eliminate pump cavitation when this brush is used with the pump hose connected.

Answer:	You attach it to your vacuum hose and skimmer pole to vacuum corners in a spa or around inner edges of stairs in pool or spa

Answer:	You sucked in too much air. Make sure the hose has all air out of it, keep brush under water and if moving out of water to a different area, turn off pump or unhook hose so that you don’t suck air into the pump. If you do, be sure to bleed the air out of the pump.

Answer:	This is a brush that goes on the end of a pool vacuum wand. The pole system has specific requirements for that coupling. As far as I know any pool wand should work. Good luck.

Question:	Does the manipulator go all the way to 90° for girdle faceting
Answer:	I don't know... But I returned mine due to poor design. The plastic pin that holds the handle was poorly made and kept falling out when I vacuumed. Sending the contents of bag to the bottom of the pool! I used a zip tie for a while but ended up being to much effort.

Answer:	You will need a telescopic pole for this vacuum. I had one already that I pop the skimmer net off and then clicked it on the vacuum to use it.
