Answer:	No adhesive was included, I used hot glue for my project.

Answer:	Depending on what you use to attach to tack back, I believe it would hold. The rubber pin backs however, fall off. So, I’m assuming the weight of the cabochon may cause the back to come off...unless I just received a bad batch.

Answer:	should be able to do that-these are the same hardware for making metal hat pins so I don't see why it wouldn't work for plastic
