Go to the manufacturers website (ideally) then get the part number for your shock and search for that part number (in this case it is WH01X10385). This number is listed in replacement list in the initial description and appears to be usable. Would double check. Do note that the pins that I received did not work but I could reuse the ones that came with it so be careful to pull them out carefully just in case.

Answer:	not sure, my washer quit spinning during the sping cycle. Replacing the pulley did fix my problem. The pulley slides onto the mechanism that powers the drum's rotation. Having any "play" in the fitting can cause the knocking and walking. No guarantees, but replacement COULD fix it.

Answer:	It is larger so it is easier for a child to handle. AND, it is much safer. I've cut a finger on a real tape measure before and it hurts, plus it usually bleeds. Some of them will recoil unexpectedly. I bought this for a 4 yr. old, not a 10 yr. old. An older child can probably handle a real tape measure, but then again, I wouldn't trust some of them with one.
