I received a leaky one from CompSource on Amazon & they said I could return it at my cost to ship it back. That was a little less than it cost to buy it. Not worth it to ship it back for a return. I think it was too cold when it was shipped to me & it needs a drain pump. The only time we used it was for the test run. (& seen it leaking) If you want to fix it I’ll sell it to you for $100 instead of the $400 I paid for it. By the way.... Don’t ever buy from CompSourse on Amazon. Unless you live near one of the stores. I recommend buying a magic chief too because they also offer replacement parts. I didn’t think about that when I bought my RCA. Turns out after I got the magic chief from WalMart we looked and they are exactly the same. Besides the name on the lid. If we would have known that we would have fixed the RCA ourselves & not lost the $400 it cost to buy & ship. It was the same price to ship my defective one back to CompSouce as it was to buy a trusted one from WalMart.

Answer:	The threads on this washer and hose are "pipe threaded". While you may have a utility sink with this thread, you'll probably have to purchase an adapter to connect to a kitchen sink. The issue you'll run into is that most of these kitchen sink adapters are "hose threaded". I suggest finding a quick connect adapter for your kitchen sink faucet. You then have two main options depending on whether you want to replace the intake hose. Everything is 3/4" (you'll want to ask for "three quarter inch" couplers, adapters, and/or hoses). Option 1) Keep the original intake hose. One end of the original intake hose connects to the washer. The other end will connect to a coupler (that you need to buy) that's 3/4" male pipe thread to 3/4" female hose thread. That coupler will in turn connect to the quick connect faucet to hose thread adapter (that you also need to buy) that attaches to your sink. Option 2) Buy a new intake hose (this will most likely be hose threaded). You'll need to buy a coupler that's 3/4" female pipe thread to 3/4" male hose thread. The water line is a standard size that will hook up to a regular washer water connection and the drain tube is designed to either drain into a sink or stand pipe just as a regular sized washer. You do need to connect it to the cold water line though (per instructions). If you hook it up to a sink with the provided adapter, you will use the tap to control temperature. If your using the wall connection for a standard washer you will be limited to cold washes only. I believe the next larger size up (1.6 sq ft) does have both hot and cold water inputs so you can hook up hot water as well with that unit.

Answer:	These washers are portable and not at all like standard washers, nor are they rated like standard washers. These are designed for small spaces, such as in an apartment, or for anybody who desires having a portable machine, or just an extra machine. Some people use these on their boats (like yachts). You are limited to smaller loads only in these, and this type is supposedly better than the ''lesser'' countertop type models that do not include spin dry cycles, although those type can get the job done nicely, just with more effort from the person using one. These do not agitate the same as standard washers, but these do move the laundry inside with motion. Then these automatically spin the wash to extract the water. If the RPM of spin dry is high enough, it will spin pretty near dry (laundry will be damp) and then you can hang your laundry or put into a dryer. You can store the washer where you like but many people claim they move into a storage closet. The washer is very lightweight to lift and move about. These machines can be hooked up to various sinks and tubs, you just figure out where you can hook up. I would use it in my laundry room with sink, or at my kitchen, or even at my bathroom sink. Answer:	Hi Lisa, hope this answer is helpful. I also live in an RV. However I have a outdoor shed that I keep my washer in. I see no reason why you can't use it outside as long as it's protected. You will need a heavy duty extension cord. A minimum of 13 amp. You will need a water supply. I use cold wash only. And it works great. As for the drain, you will need to have it somewhere where water will not do damage. As it probably uses around five gallons of water, best guess? Other than that, I think this has been a wonderful investment for me. I've used it multiple times, and as long as you don't overload, it is a great unit and gets the clothes clean. It may take a little longer than a full size washer, butt it's a lot better then the laundromat!Mr Bill

Answer:	Holds several different size tumblers. We are Scouts, lots of hiking & camping so we have thin, fat, long short tumblers..all fit. Not sure of size of Starbucks 24oz tumblers. Larger size have to go on top because only regular size fits in lower. But if you want it to fit perfectly. It won’t.
