Answer:	From what I can tell they put a clear (see through) top on it and charged $20 more. BUt I am like you I want to know why it cost more and is labeled as "ugraded"

Answer:	Average male 6foot, in one load I can do the following. 1 pair of jeans and socks and underwear, or 4-5 t shirts, or like 10 pairs of socks and underwear, items like bath towels are best done one at a time but that’s not time efficient so I throw a t shirt or underwear in to make up for it. The dryer is half of what you can fit but you only spin for 30seconds to a minute no need to do the full 5.

Question:	Is it ok to use in a hotel without flipping circuit breaker
Answer:	Yes, absolutly. It uses very little power. And are very quiet. Would be perfect for long hotel stays. Just be sure you can hang clothes in a place they could dry. The spin dryer works well, but cotton jeans or heavier cotton items take longer to dry than synthetics. Synthetics/blends come out of the spin cycle dry.
Question:	Can we use hot water, warm water or only cold? I dont see any description on watee temperature
Answer:	Yes, you can use hot and warm water, but do not suggest to use too hot water for washing, that may reduce its service life.
Question:	Is it supposed to drain automatically, I don't understand how to get the water out-I switched the gear to drain and nothing happened
Answer:	The short hose needs to be laid down lower than the level of water. It drains by gravity, not a water pump. I personally place the machine on a waterproof box a little higher than the toilet, and let the water drain into that. Yes, it's a pain in the a**, but it still is Better than washing clothes in the sink.

Answer:	Sorry to tell you this but when my spin cycle stopped soon after the washing machine stopped all function except for draining and when I contacted the seller on how can I fix it I recieved no answer and so I trashed it since it was usless.

Question:	The instructions are a bit lacking. Why does it have two water intake valves - one on the washer side and one the spin side
Answer:	I'm not sure that the previous answer from SuperDealUsa is correct. The left side input will put water into the wash side tub. You can either use that input of just put water in using a hand held shower head. The right side water input puts water into the spin tub. The spraying water when the tub is spinning allows the water to go through the spinning clothes, extracting more soap as it does.
Question:	Does anyone have any tips or something they would like to share since using yours? I love mine, but would love any hints
Answer:	I just used mine for the 1st time....Apparently I missed the part about the gravity drain hose that needs to lay flat. I specifically chose this one because it said the inlet hose was also the drainage hose, both located on top. Im disabled and live on the 3rd floor of my house. My washer and dryer are in the basement so thats another set of stairs. I live with my 74 year old Mom but thats just too much to ask. Luckily, this machine fits next to my toilet and I read ALL the instructions 1st, so I just sat with a bucket and let it drain but even the instructions don't match the model.... Get the 6ft drainage hose extension!!!!

Question:	How dry do the clothes actually get? Trying to avoid as much hang drying as I can..Would putting them in the dryer a few times help get it dry faster
Answer:	It dries clothes to the point where they are damp. Hanging them they will dry fast. One time in spin dry is all that's needed as I do not think multiple times will get anymore water out. They have less water on them than after use in a regular washing machine.
Question:	How do clothes get rinsed? Is it all automatic
Answer:	You have to run it through a second cycle of clean water.... just like the wash cycle but with no soap. I would take the clothes out of the tub, run them for about 1-2 minutes in the spin cycle first, then put them back in the wash tub for the rinse. I added my fabric softener at that time too.
Question:	I know this may be a silly question, but where does the water go when it is draining
Answer:	You need to place the hose near a drain. Or if you have it on your counter, in the sink. I use mine while camping and I put it on our deck, the water drains into the sand.
Question:	I’m using this for the first time and the spin plate is not staying at the bottom of the wash tub. Is it supposed to
Answer:	The spin plate? I'm assuming you're talking about the flat white plastic plate with holes in it.... If that's it, it doesn't go in the wash cycle. It goes on top of the clothes when they are in the spin cycle.

Answer:	Oh yes, it definitely washes and rinses on it’s own. It does it great job. It just like a normal washing machine but smaller in size. It doesn’t have a central agitator but it washes and spins the clothes very well.
Question:	What weight of clothes does the machine wash? does she spin the clothes
Answer:	I normally do all small loads. I definitely can wash can put about 4 men jeans or 5-6 women’s jeans. I usually do all my yoga workout clothes. I love it and has saved me time. It spins pretty much good and leaves clothes damp without dripping water. Best purchase I have made. No regrets.
Question:	Mines won't stop water running, it just keeps going. Won't start wash. What do I do
Answer:	I had the exact same problem. The water keeps running until it floods and it won't start the wash, won't agitate.
Question:	Why is hot water not recommended, is it because of steam or was there glue that can come off if hot water is used? manufacturer please reply. info plz
Answer:	Probably glue, I’ve never tried but that sounds right.
