Answer:	They install it for you, but they don't have the connecting hardware for the water line. We didn't have an existing refrigerator to haul away so I don't know about that. The people who delivered it damaged the entry way wood and weather stripping as they were trying to force it through the front door. I would make sure to communicate with them every step of the way and not assume that they will take care to not damage your home.

Answer:	I believe you do it by removing the black spacer from the left (or right) side of the shelf, and then slide it to the left at the same time lift up on the right side. To put it back you stick the left side in the desired holes and push in until you can slide the right side in. Afterwards replace the black clip.
