Answer:	We have found when you use Just ice cubes it’s more course like snocone ice but if you use blocks of ice (we froze small round containers of water) it’s more like the “fluffy” “snow” like ice.

Question:	Does this actually make ice because the name is deceiving if it not
Answer:	When the basket is full, the machine turns off and you should take the ice out. It starts melting after 30-40 minutes. When it melts down past the shutoff point, the ice maker cycles and make more ice.

Answer:	I think it works great, just poor in the water set cube size, and in a few minutes you start to get ice, it does take a while to fill the basket.
