Before use, please read the user manual carefully and keep it well for future reference.

• After receiving the product, please settle down the ice maker for 2-6 hours (Usually, 4 hours is enough) before switching on the power and using. Leave the ice maker at least 4 inch away from any obstructions.
• Before first use, please add lemon water to clean the machine. And clean the machine regularly every 7-14 day.
• As the ice maker needs time to preheat, it will make 5-10 small ice first. However, after that, the machine will make 9 large ice.
• If not in use for a long time, keep the lid closed and drain the water to keep the ice maker dry. There is a white soft plug in the drain, do not lose it or the machine will leak during the ice making process.
• The ice maker is insulated and by definition not a freezer. The ice will not be frozen in the machine. Please use it asap or shift to your freezer. Even if not used, rest assured that the ice will melt into water and continue to make ice.
• Please use potable water and do not use cola or other juice to make ice. It will damage the machine.

Answer:	Confirm you have the inlet water line installed correctly (there is a dust plug in the inlet that needs to be removed first). If you've done that, confirm you have sufficient water pressure to meet the unit's requirements. If you've done that, then it sounds like your water pump isn't working inside the machine or the 'full ice bin' lever is broken/set in the full position.
