Answer:	There are only 2 sizes and both are still fairly small. The biggest is about 1” tall by 3/4” round.

Answer:	There is one online. It says to clean: Turn off and unplug. Open drain plug and drain. Remove ice basket. Remove water tube screen and rinse under running water. Wipe machine with cloth soaked in warm water and vinegar. Rinse with clean damp cloth. Replace the drain plug screen and plug. Wash the ice basket and scoop in soapy water, rinse and dry. Wipe down the outside of the machine.

Answer:	Less than 5 minutes. We moved into an RV, and I bought this. It is able to keep up with my demands of ice, which is a lot!

Answer:	I have had multiple named products of this model. (RCA, Igloo, Frigidaire, etc. They all lasted 365 days or less except my current one that has been running about 16 months. (RCA) This product is actually made by the same company they all are, they just put a different name on them. They are really not designed to run constantly and really are a throw away item. After buying several, I tried to purchase the insurance. My ice maker lasted about 6 months, the insurance doesn’t kick in until a year (after the product warranty of 1 year) the “manufacturing” company was contacted in Asia. They wanted me to pay to ship to them in Asia. The postage was of course more than original cost. I didn’t want to keep a dead ice maker for another 6 months. My advice, skip the insurance, plan on buying about 1 a year or find a different kind of countertop ice maker.

Answer:	I have not found that my ice is soft. It does, however, melt quickly if you do not put it in the refrigerator or freezer. That's because the reservoir in the ice maker is not refrigerated. As long as you move the ice every time the basket fills up, the ice is perfectly fine. I love this ice maker. It is a godsend in my RV.

I had to relocate electrical power box at rear corner above highest point of back wall of the microwave. This was necessary because the supplied power cord plug when plugged in didn’t allow microwave to fully slide into cabinet. A 45 degree cord end could solve this problem but I didn’t want to cut factory cord possibly violating local electrical code or voiding warranty. Hope this helps!
