Wattage is determined by multiplying Voltage by Amps. 120 volts X 1.1 Amps = 132 Watts 115 Volts X 1.1 Amps = 126.5 Watts. The unit would need to rated at 0.652 Amps to get 75 watts ( 120 Volts X .625 Amps = 75 Watts )

Answer:	Sounds like you may have a glitch in the sensor/detector. If the water dispenses when you put a new bottle in, then it sounds like the machine is working, so the red light should go off. I haven't seen this happen with mine.
