Cause of frost buildup was blocked vents in drawers.(overloaded) you can unplug refrigerator and open doors to defrost coils but it will take a long time and water will overflow non removable catch pan.

If it starts melting (when you increase a set temperature), it may start melting and the water will be on your carpet. Answer:	U r probably turning it off & on to quickly. The directions say to wait 5 minutes between hot & cold. When in hot & want to change to cold u must give it time to ajust it self. I’ve had mine for months now & no problems. I read all directions 2xs b4 using. Hope this helps
