| Answer: | you may have them wired wrong. I don't recall for sure on mine but I think the red wire was the hot wire and the white was ground. you also may have a bad wire from the tranny. |

| Answer: | You need to have access to the area just above the hood - where you attached the hood and screwed it to the structure. Generally there is a false cabinet or custom cabinet hood above. One of the catches of a ducted range hood is having the ability to properly connect it to outside vented ductwork, mainly having access to the connection point of the duct. Basically whatever the vent hood is attached to is something you can gain access to - inside to attach the duct to the fan outlet. Hopefully this helps and good luck! |
