Answer:	I would not think it would, it's felt, not made for heat protection. I ordered mine to cover and protect the glass top of our stove.

Answer:	I cannot vouch for the size of the stovetop shown in the photo. My stove measures 31” inches in width and 20” inches in length. I purchased the felt piece that measured 30” inches in width and 22 inches in length. The felt is good quality. It’s helps to extend my workspace, easy to care for and makes my kitchen look tidy and nice.

Answer:	The mat is easy to clean with a couple swipes of your dishcloth, rinsing it under your faucet, or hand washing and line drying. Some customers have successfully machine washed and dried their mats. However we we do not recommend it as we are concerned that the mat may eventually lose its clean cut edges.

Answer:	It does not show a wattage, only a temperature. In the owner’s manual detailed temperature and wattage values are given. Extraordinarily, this heats to its stated temperature in 10-30 seconds. I’m very happy to cook in 1/3 the time at 1300 or less watts compared to mt 1800 - 3200watt electric stovetop.

Question:	Does this have ignitor switch, or do you have to light the burners with a match
Answer:	I had KitchenAid which didn’t stain at all, I had LG where every drop of starchy water left stains forever(first stain in first day after boiling potatoes) . Now I have this Frigidaire for 2 months. It’s really close to KitchenAid. Few stains scared me very much, but I used cleaner which was in the box, and stains are gone. From my experience- apply that cleaner/polish before first use, apply regularly after that. Im not disappointed with my purchas, it’s good quality.

Answer:	Hi. The measurements are accurate regarding the package dimensions. The filter matches up to those and fits my Broan range hood perfectly. I think you may be in error regarding the 14" by 16" scale (perhaps thinking of a different filter than the one I purchased, or maybe Amazon has an incorrect size for these filters somewhere on their site. I did, however double check the measurements, and while my tape measure isn't accurate to the tenths, the ten by nine appears to be accurate. If you need a 14"x16" this wouldn't be the right filter.
