After reading your question I took another look at my stove top and realized the grates were put on incorrectly when installed. Take your left grate and put on the right side and your right grate and put it on the left. That should level the grates and solve the problem. |

| Answer: | In the description for the fitfab oven liner, it states that the mat is safe up to 500 degrees and is safe for toaster ovens. Not familiar with what you have purchased, but if the heating element would not actually come in direct contact with the mat, I would suppose it would be okay. You might want to contact fitfab, though, they seem to be good about answering questions. One thing to consider, however, if this is an oven that uses fan forced air around the inside, it might blow the liner around to coming in contact with the element. The liner does not "stick" to the surface of the oven floor, it simply lies on top of the floor - like a mat. |

| Answer: | I had a liner before this one so I have not noticed any difference. I have the liner on the bottom of the oven under the heating element not on the rack. |

| Answer: | I have been using these liners for a couple years now and find them extremely easy to clean. Anyone that bakes pies knows what I'm talking about. Using foil under your pie plate isn't an option for me, it can keep the bottom crust from fully baking - ick. All I do to clean up is carefully ease liner out, slid most of spill off and wipe off remaining residue. The liners really are a work saver. Hope this helps. |
